This feature is available for individuals whose phone does not have the capability to store and speed dial numbers. Speed Calling 8 allows you to reach frequently called numbers by dialing only one digit (local or long distance) for up to 8 different numbers.
Instructions for use:
To enter or change a Speed Calling 8 number:
- Select a one-digit code (2 – 9).
- Listen for dial tone.
- Dial 74# (dial 74 for rotary or dial pulse phones), and listen for dial tone.
- Dial the Speed Call 8 one-digit code you have selected and the phone number you want to record (including 1 or 0 plus the area code for long distance numbers).
- wo or three beeps will confirm your entry.
To CALL numbers selected for Speed Calling 8:
- Dial the one-digit Speed Calling code and briefly depress the # key
